Exceptional!
Pros:

Everything!!!! This is one of the top hotels I have stayed at! The staff, the facilities, the room, the food and wine selection - all incredible!!! The spa and pool were also amazing!

Excelente lugar para un momento especial.
Pros:

Lo mejor son las vistas, la ubicación, desayuno y comodidad. Es un hotel muy caro pero en general vale la pena.
Nos hicieron un detalle por nuestro compromiso y eso fue excelente!

O Hotel é realmente primoroso na concepção e na condução. Nota 1000
Pros:

A localização é sensacional, sendo que da janela do quarto avista-se o Maciço e, sendo bem isolado, longe das luzes artificiais, a noite, as estrelas ficam bem visíveis.
O ambiente do Hotel é muito acolhedor. Uma delícia de hotel.
O pessoal é muito bom e o anexo Massif trabalha com bastante competência e responsabilidade nos passeios agendados.
Recomendo muito!

Vistas impresionantes con comodidad y disfrute
Pros:

Las vistas excepcionales, la decoración del hotel, las zonas de juegos para entretenerse en las tarde tomando algo, el restobar abierto todo el día, el personal sumamente atento, el spa, la limpieza, el cordero al palo de cortesía día por medio.

Cons:

La verdad no encontre nada que no me gustara, creo que cumple súper con todo, quizá se podría aprovechar aún más las zona exterior del hotel con unas tinajas para disfrutar de la noche, y lo otro es que podrían reforzar el guardar silencio en el spa, ya que derrepente llegan grupos más grandes que eliminan de inmediato la calma del lugar.

-our bedroom was near the main restaurant. There is a door meant to block the noise in the corridor, but it does not close automatically, so other guests often leave it open.
