Ústretovosť personálu vo všetkých smeroch. Rodinná atmosféra, čo cítiť na každom kroku. Chutné jedlo, organizovanie koncertov, tiché prostredie, autobusová zastávka pár krokov od hotela, možnosť zájsť do Luhačovíc autobusom - bezproblémové spoje, nemáte starosti s parkovaním v Luhačoviciach. Parkovanie pred hotelom bez problémov. Pivné kúpele - odporúčam absolvovať. Raňajky postačujúce, bohatý výber, priebežne dopĺňané, nestalo sa, žeby "nebolo". Určite sa radi vrátime, pre nás už bude ťahač koncert. Boli sme na super koncerte kapely z Prahy, atmosféra neopakovateľná. Dúfame, že sa nám to podarí! Ešte raz ďakujeme!

Pros:

Rodinná atmosféra. Velmi vstřícný, ochotný a milý personál. Možnost wellness služeb. Výborné snídaně. Krásná restaurace se skvělým jídlem.
