Pros:

Das Hotel, die Zimmer sind ganz okey, für den Preis passt es.
Man darf hier nicht erwarten dass man freundlich begrüßt oder verabschiedet wird, die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind eher desinteressiert. Mit Ausnahme ein junger Mitarbeiter, er war sehr bemüht um unser Problem zu lösen.
Da wir von den anderen Bewertungen teilweise die Probleme schon gelesen hatten, hatten wir keine großen Erwartungen an die Zimmer.
Die Lage vom Hotel ist super, nicht weit zur Metro/Tram, sehr viel ist Fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Sauberkeit darf man nicht zuviel erwarten, Frühstück sehr sperrlich.
Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man hört wirklich sehr viel, vorallem die Türen.

Unsere größte Beschwerde geht nicht direkt ans Hotel sondern an die Gäste die dort übernachtet haben.
In der ersten Nacht kam eine Gruppe junger Gäste gegen Mitternacht ins Hotel zurück und machten bis ca. 02:00Uhr Party mit Türen zuknallen, rumschreien und am Flur rumlaufen, da die Gruppe die Zimmer neben uns hatten, war an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken.
Zweite Nacht, neue Gäste neben uns, eine Gruppe Männer, um 19:30 feierten sie Party mit lauter Musik und rumgeschreie. Nach der Meldung an der Rezeption kam der Mitarbeiter und sprach mit der Gruppe. Das brachte garnichts um 23Uhr meldete ich es nochmal, der Mitarbeiter kam erneut und versuchte laute Gruppe zu beruhigen. Brachte natürlich nichts, zum Glück gingen sie dann gegen Mitternacht fort und wir konnten in Ruhe ein paar Stunden schlafen. Fühlten uns aber da schon sehr unwohl.

Ich bin nicht vertraut nach was für einer Kategorie die Zimmer vergeben werden, aber ich finde es nicht richtig dass eine Frau mit ihrem kleinen Kind in einem Zimmer untergebracht wird, wo die erste Nacht nebenan eine Gruppe sehr junger Leute untergebracht ist die höchstwahrscheinlich nicht nur zum Sightseeing dort sind und die zweite Nacht noch viel schlimmer neben einer Gruppe Männer schlafen muss, die sich unter aller Sau benommen haben. Natürlich weiß man vorher nicht wie sich die Gäste benehmen, aber man weiß sehr wohl wer bucht und man könnte die Familien in einer Etage zusammenlegen.
Wir füllten uns dort absolut nicht in Sicherheit aufgrund der lauten Männergruppe, die ständig rumgeschrien hatten und die Türen knallten.
Wie oben geschrieben war der Nacht Mitarbeiter vom Hotel bemüht die Gruppe zu händeln, was leider nicht funktionierte.
Aufgrund desen werde ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Náš pobyt splnil očekávání.
Pros:

Dobře dostupný hotel MHD, moc milý personál, možnost uložení kufrů ještě před check-inem a po check-outu. To byl jednoznačný bonus. Pokoje byly velmi malé, ale čisté. Skvělé snídaně s širokou nabídkou jídel!

Cons:

Náš pokojík byl nejmenší pokoj, co jsem kdy na hotelu viděla. Dveře se musely zavírat bouchnutím, nešlo je normálně zavřít klikou. A stěny mezi pokoji byly velmi tenké, takže jsme slyšeli sousedy až do hluboké noci.

Pros:

Hotel posizione quasi centrale. Colazione abbondante e internazionale. Camere piccole ma pulite.Purtroppo nei giorni che abbiamo soggiornato abbiamo dormito male per disturbo notturno da parte di altri clienti.

A reggeli bőséges és változatos volt. A személyzet folyamatosan pakolta ki, ami elfogyott. Keedves és szolgálat kész a személyzet. A szoba tiszta volt.
