Hotel je na pěkném místě. Personál strašně milý, příjemný, ochotný atd.Ať to vezmeme na recepci v jídelně, také paní uklízečka . Jídlo výborný. Jednou větou SUPER

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, weil wir nach der Lagebewertung dachten, dass es im Zentrum liegt.
Dorthin führt allerdings ein sehr steiler Weg, der für alte oder eingeschränkte Menschen schwierig bis gar nicht zu bewältigen ist. Das war für uns etwas ärgerlich.

Гарний отель в казковому місті.
Pros:

Відпочивали в новенькому номері з балконом. Вікенд провели чудово. В котрий раз повертаємось в улюблений отель. Замовляли полупансіон. Наступного разу вже і обід замовимо.

Pokoj byl cisty a pohodlny. Na recepci i v restauraci velmi prijemny personal. Vynikajici snidane i vecere. Parkovani u hotelu, hotel se nachazi kousek do centra Spindlerova Mlyna.

The breakfast was great. Staff is nice and welcoming and the beds are comfortable. The nature around is amazing and the location was astonishingly quiet. Free parking at the hotel.
