Pros:

Jidlo lokalita super pani recepční

Cons:

Špinavý prostor společných setkání, od příchodu až po venkovní terasu. Asi je nutné vyměnit provozní/provozního a vyškolit uklízecí personál a i ostatní s klapkami na očích . Bohužel nevidí mnoha týdenní špínu, okna neumyta snad několik měsíců, odumřelé rostliny, které nikdo z personálu nezalil, nálety a dokonce plevel zarostlý v dlažbě mluví sám za vše. Hotel i místo má potenciál, pravděpodobně ale bez změny lidí na důležitých pozicích asi nemožné využít.

Personál byl skvělý, zejména dáma na recepci. Restaurace s nádhernou terasou a úžasný lobby bar s knihovnou. Bydlení na zámku - co chtít víc.

Cons:

Koupelna s WC neměla odvětrání. Pokoj měl skutečně mini rozměry. Snídani k dokonalosti chybělo Prosecco

Všetko bolo v najlepšom poriadku, všetci členovia personálu boli skvelí, ústretoví. Možnosť zapožičania bicyklov sme tiež využili. V cene pobytu sme mali len raňajky a tie boli fantastické-úžasný pestrý výber.

Hotel a prostredie super, personál skvelý, raňajky OK, izba č. 126 nikdy viac.
Pros:

Raňajky výborné, personál a recepčná ústretová a ochotná.

Cons:

nepáčila sa nám izba, nakoľko WC a kúpelka boli spolu, bez okna a neustály hrozný smrad. Museli sme použiť WC pri recepcii...
Po príchode z cyklotúry sme sa nemohli ani osprchovať - bola tam vaňa a nie sprchový kút, ako sme očakávali a v tom smrade sme nemali ani chuť.
neviem či sme dostali najhoršiu izbu na hotely, nakoľko sme čítali recenzie a všetci písali krásne a voňavé ubytovanie,
čo sa nedalo povedať o našej izbe č. 126.

Krásné prostředí

Cons:

Na pokojích nejsou zatemňovací závěsy, ve 4 ráno, když se rozednívalo bylo na pokoji světlo a nedalo se spát.
Na pokojích je horko, není zde klimatizace. Větrat se nedá, venku byl ráno hluk.
Polštáře jsou nepoužitelné, výplň je sražená a hlavu tak máte skoro na matraci.
