Cons:

Ubytování bylo celkem v pohodě, ale překvapilo nás velmi nepříjemné chování paní, která organizovala snídaně. Do hotelu jsme přijeli 4 a vzhledem k tomu, že jídelna byla obrovská a téměř prázdná, sedli jsme si automaticky všichni 4 k jednomu stolu. Paní za námi hned přiběhla a naštvaně hned prohlásila něco jako, že dohromady nás rozhodně neposadí. Připadali jsme si, jak kdybychom se vrátili na základní školu, kdy paní učitelka rozsazuje neposlušné studenty. A to jsme opravdu nic neudělali, jen jsme přišli do jídelny a sedli si k volnému stolu. Její vyjadřování rozhodně mělo daleko od slušného chování personálu k hostům.

Prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.
Pros:

Prima hotel voor een paar dagen skiën, wik hadden half-pensioen, het eten was prima en voldoende keuze.

Pros:

Location is very beautifull. The meal was great and staff very nice and helpfull

Cons:

The bed was too hard, The hotel is located in a block house , noisy ventilation from kitchen starting every morning about 0500 was vey annoying and parking lot in front of the windows and slamming doors in night and shouting people.

Clean hotel good breakfast and friendly staff

Staff at reception and in the restaurant are super friendly and kind . Clean room

Spa treatment
Pros:

The spa experience was great! I have upper back pain and I was given a treatment plan which I followed there. Although I did not understand what I was going through or how it would help because of the language barrier, I liked it. I went into daily radon baths, which to this day I still don't understand. The massages were great, best massages I ever gotten. It was just heaven! It was very affordable in comparison to international prices. That is my favorite part about it, is that you got to be pampered and to relax and didn't have to spend all that much. The hotel bar has great food! I especially liked the broccoli and white sauce pasta they served. It over looked a great view of the mountains! The bartender was really nice, he for one understood english which seemed to be rare in the Czech as a whole. Sometimes the language barrier put me in irritating situations with the front desk which didn't seem to be helpful at all and didn't really bother to try to understand what I had to say at times. They really need to consider placing someone at the front desk that spoke English.

A nice dining and service
Pros:

We was in this hotel for a business meeting. It is a spacious 3 star hotel. While my husband on meeting, I enjoyed the relaxation treatment they offer. The indoor swimming pool and whirlpool was a treat. The bar is big enough to accomodate numbers of guests and the service is nice.
