Great place to stay!
Pros:

Close to activities, a bit of a ride getting from the train station to the hotel with our luggage but work it. It was a great place to stay! AC was GREAT! Good room size, comfortable bed, nice shower, great balcony, Coffee maker in the room.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like. It was perfect for us and we would definitely stay there again. I wish they had a smart tv. The staff were great as well! No complaints!

Excellent value for money!
Pros:

Overall, I had a fantastic stay. Friendly staff, a comfortable room, a lovely balcony (which is quite rare in Heidelberg), excellent air conditioning, and a delicious breakfast made for a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Heidelberg.

Cons:

One small downside was that I couldn't easily find a restroom near the lobby and had to use the facilities in the connected Altes Hallenbad building
