Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Es war nachts ziemlich laut. Die Zimmer waren klein und es war stickig im Zimmer. Beim Frühstück gab es jeden Tag fast das Gleiche und es wurde nicht ausreichend nachgefüllt.

De ligging juist buiten het centrum van Munchen

Cons:

Een dubbele booking zonder verwittiging en waar booking.com de tweede booking annuleerde omdat ons duidelijk geen schuld trof maar de manager van het hotel rekende ons toch een extra kost van 1 nacht aan, nl 271,3€. Dat gaf ons verblijf in dit overigens voortreffelijk hotel een zure bijsmaak! Spijtig! De man aan de inkom vond dit ook!
