Lage war nett,Frühstück sehr vielseitig,aber Aufbackbrötchen waren nicht so besonders;im 4 Sternehotel würde ich frusche Brötchen erwarten..aber war insgesamt viel Verschiedenes zur Auswahl da,die Bedienungen waren freundlich jnd zuvorkommend..

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer nicht so sauber gereinigt das war ein Dämpfer, in dieser Preisklasse in Deutschland erwarte ich einfach radellose Hygiene. TV hatte Flecken,Oberflächen wirkten ungereinigt,Zahngläser waren nicht frisch,wiekten benutzt!!!und auf Nachttisch lag Dreck:(

Cons:

Op de hondswarme dagen(+43C°)was het te heet om te eten, te veel zon. Mocht het restaurant een halfuurtje later open zijn dan was de zon voldoende gezakt.

Schone kamers, mooie zwembaden binnen en buiten. Mooie omgeving. Goede tijd gehad. 40 minuten van Europapark af. Vriendelijk personeel.

Un bel endroit pour un moment de repos et détente
Pros:

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, les deux piscines, la piscine intérieure permettant d'en profiter même en cas de pluie, la salle de repos avec les lits à matelas à eau, la gentillesse du personnel.
Repas du soir également très bon.

Cons:

Dommage, que l'espace bien-être était fermé, nous avions prévu de faire un massage pour notre week-end détente. Cela nous a manqué.
Nous aurions également apprécié que la partie jacuzzi, jets de massage etc fonctionnent également le matin, pas seulement l'après-midi

Das Gesamtkonzept passt für uns und wir fühlen uns wohl dort.
Pros:

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da. Dieses Mal im Haupthaus, mit Zimmer zur Straße. Diese ist kaum befahren und stört kaum. Personal, Essen und der Spa-Bereich sind wunderbar. An den Außenanlagen gibt es hier und da Handlungsbedarf.
Wir kommen aber auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Cons:

Im Sommer lässt man natürlich oft die Balkontür offen und kann dann gut das Fernsehprogramm der Mitbewohner verfolgen.
