Good base to visit Darmstadt.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming. The location was handy for tram and bus to the city centre and to the Hauptbahnhof. The buffet breakfast was good.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich , haben alles ausführlich erklärt, haben kein Frühstück gebucht haben trotzdem ein to go Kaffee bekommen. Zitat : ohne einen Kaffee geht man morgens nicht aus dem haus ;) fand ich sehr sympathisch. Vielen Dank dafür.

Fenster waren zur Hauptstraße. Aufgrund hoher Nachttemersturen musste Fenster weit offen bleiben. Verkehrslärm war Schlaf wenig zuträglich

Pros:

Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten einen medizinischen Notfall. Der Inhaber hat für uns den Rettungsdienst angefordert. Da wir dann auch vorzeitig abgereist sind, wurde aus Kulanz der fällige Restbetrag erlassen.

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage. Bei den Außentemperaturen von über 30 Grad wards nicht angenehm. Uns wurde aber ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Hotel war für den Zweck unserer Reise – eine private Feier – sehr gut gelegen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich.

Cons:

Der Aufzug ist sehr klein.

Perfect simple clean lodging
Pros:

The hotel is very close to AlDi and Darmstadt Sudbanhof.
Impeccable service, I asked for a fridge in the room and they also provided an electric kettle and complimentary coffee and tea.
Immaculately clean, and the pictures are accurate.
Best value for Money. Definitely recommend

Cons:

The street is a major route so pack a pair of ear plugs and eye mask if you are a light sleeper like me.
