Pros:

Tolle Lage nahe Hauptbahnhof und Stachus. Besser geht es nicht. Super freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, sehr gutes Bett, komfortables Badezimmer und ein Balkon, so dass man auch lüften konnte. Zimmer zum Innenhof, daher ungewöhnlich ruhig!

Location of hotel was great, far outweigh the unavailability of air conditioning.
Pros:

Location was perfect...10mins to Marienplatz and 5mins from Central train station and the bonus...to be able to take S-bahn S8 or S1 to the Airport. Room was quiet as requested.

Cons:

There is no air- conditioning, only a small fan provided to circulate air...room can get stuffy as temperature warms. Of course I knew about unavailability of air conditioning...but was surprised by the stuffiness of the room.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die günstige Lage ist super, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und geräumig. Ein fabelhaftes Frühstück war inbegriffen.

Cons:

Die Dusche in der Wanne.

Die Lage in einem extrem Nachtaktiven Viertel mit vielen nächtlichen blaulicht- und Sirenen Einsätzen
Eine Klimaanlage wäre von Vorteil, das Öffnen der Fenster in der Nacht lässt der Straßen lärm kaum zu

Comfortable solo experience
Pros:

Service was good at the breakfast and at the reception

Prime location - very near the station.

Bed and pillow quality are good.

Cons:

Rooms were big, but the bed is a bit small for 2 guests (but good for 1)

No air conditioning, which was a bit of discomfort in the summer months

The area around the hotel didn’t feel safe
