Excellent hospitality and outstanding customer service.
Pros:

Marika was amazing. She helped me a lot, made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, and explained everything clearly. I’m not sure if she was the receptionist or the owner, but her kindness and professionalism really stood out. This is a hotel that truly cares about its guests, especially when things don’t go according to plan.

Nothing. I had a great stay.

Basis voorzieningen in orde maar een verblijf zonder enig plezier.

Het ontbijt was erg goed. De croissants enorm en geweldig lekker. De koffie was erg Frans = niet zo goed..
De kamers waren schoon maar volledig outdated. Je kon zien dat dit eens een erg vooraanstaand hotel was. In het verleden hebben wij er wel eens gelogeerd

Cons:

Het gebrek aan een receptie was storend en voelde erg kil en onwelkom. Er was toegang met, via SMS, verzonden codes. Leesbril nodig; slecht functionerend, low battery. Personeel sprong na telefonisch contact wel goed bij. Echter, hoewel tegenwoordig vaker zo geregeld, is dit geen manier van doen.De keuken, vroeger zeer gerennommeerd (michelin ster) was gerestyled naar bistro model maar, hoewel dit een erg goed idee kan zijn, helaas van zeer ondermaatse kwaliteit

overnachting op doorreis

de afstand naar het centrum en de parkeergelegenheid

Cons:

kamer. wij komen hier al jaren voor een overnachting op doorreis maar hebben altijd een ruimere en mooiere kamer gekregen. Bij deze kamer ( 204) ontbrak een closetrolhouder, er hingen wat dingen scheef in de douche en een lampje naast het bed deed het niet. En dit voor dezelfde prijs.
