Location, very quiet at night. Near restaurants, bus stop. Owner was extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty.

Cons:

Was there during extremely hot weather, so air conditioning would have been nice
However, in less extreme weather this would not have been a problem.

Pros:

The location is convenient and the breakfast was excellent. The hostess was very friendly

Cons:

The bathroom was unacceptable because we couldn't use the shower. The layout and planning of the bathroom was messy and difficult to access due to a step and the lack of space. No lifts so difficult to manage if you have mobility issues.

Very pleasant - excellent communication and very accommodating.
Pros:

The breakfast exceeded my expectations - freshly prepared and option of eggs, if desired. The host was very friendly and most accommodating. Went above and beyond expectations to meet my needs.

Excellent location. Lots of shops and restaurants around and not a sound during the night.

Cons:

Air - conditioning would have been helpful. However, I wasn't expecting that to be provided based on the price.
