Pros:

スタッフの方がとても親切です。英語もドイツ語も苦手でしたが、翻訳アプリでとても丁寧に対応して頂きました。ドイツでたくさんホテルに泊まりましたが一番気持ちの良いサービスを受けました。また利用したいと思います。

Good Value for Money
Pros:

Very good location, a 10 minute walk to Hamburg Hbf and 15 minutes into the city centre. Room was modern, clean and had climate control. Good value for money

Cons:

While USB-C ports in the walls were appreciated, they didn't work brilliantly, as they struggled to fully charge my watch overnight.

für länger als 1 Nacht, höchstens 2 Nächte wäre diese Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Frühstück, war ok, hätte mir aber frische Brötchen gewünscht und nicht Aufbackbrötchen, Es gab leider nur einen Kaffeeautomaten, daher entstanden lange Schlangen vor der Kaffeeausgabe.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren spatanisch ausgestattet, weder ein Schrank, noch eine Ablage vorhanden, um die Koffer auszupacken.
Im Bad gab es keine Handtuchhalter oder Haken, um die vorhandenen Hand-bzw. Duschtücher aufzuhängen. Die Duschkabine war nicht hundertprozentig dicht, so dass das Bad immer unter Wasser stand, weil auch eine Ablaufvorrichtung gänzlich fehlte.
