Gutes Hotel, gerne wieder, wenn auch mit eingeschränkten Erwartungen

Nettes Ambiente, schöner Garten, gemütliches Zimmer, bequemes Bett und angenehmes Bad

Cons:

Entgegen unserer früheren Erfahrungen wurde uns bei Ankunft von einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin mitgeteilt, dass das Frühstück immer gelobt würde (hatten wir auch in anderen Kommentaren gelesen) und beispielsweise Rührei oder Lachs zu finden sei. Montagsmorgens war davon aber nicht die Rede. Auf unser erstauntes, befremdetes Nachfragen und Gesprächen mit anderen Gästen wurde dann von der Mitarbeiterin doch für alle Rührei gebacken. In der Kommunikation mit Gästen und der Begegnung von Einwänden ist "noch Luft nach oben". Ach, übrigens: Zimmer Nr. 10, das es seit 3 Jahren gibt, liegt neben Nr. 9 - auf den Schildern steht davon irritierenderweise nichts und man wird nach kreativer Suche fündig. Die Punkte wurden mit der Geschäftsleitung vor Ort besprochen, aber es besteht wohl kein naheliegender Handlungsbedarf...

Schöne Gutsanlage.
Pros:

Gute Lage, zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in Eltville. Freundliches Personal, sauberes schönes Zimmer. Upgrade erhalten. Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Lage in der Nähe einer Schnellstrasse. Da es heisses Wetter war, musste man bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Ab 6 Uhr doch die Autos laut zu hören.
Restaurant leider geschlossen.

Ett charmigt och avslappnat vingårdshotell med härlig atmosfär. Rummen är enkla men trivsamma, personalen vänlig och frukosten mycket bra.
