Schmutzig
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer schmutzig. Der Teppich war nicht gesaugt. Die Matratze ist durch gelegen und das Zimmer muffelt. Die Decke vom Bad schimmelt und die Fugen sind auch schimmelig. Im Hausflur stabelt sich der Staub. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht so ganz den Bildern. Waren wir im Altbau?

Kurzfristige Übernachtung - Passt scho
Pros:

Zimmer und Lage waren gut, wir hatten einen schönen Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft

Cons:

Kommunikaltion mit der Betreiberin war etwas ruppig und Frühstück gab es am Sonntag nicht?
50m weiter war ein Bäcker, somit kein Problem

Pros:

Tolle Lage mitten in Untergrainau und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Besonders positiv sind das großzügige Parkplatzangebot direkt am Hotel und das sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Leider war kurzfristig kein Verpflegungsangebot verfügbar.

Great place if you want to disconnect and enjoy and very quiet vacation.
Pros:

Location and service were amazing, also breakfast is good. the place is clean and near so many restaurants and in between 2 bus stations. which make transportation from\to Garmisch and Eibsee Lake very convenient.

Cons:

There is no kettle or drinks corner, also wifi was very poor. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable very loose and might serve more as bed styling rather that an actual pillows.

Pros:

Die Zahnradbahn war schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort zur Zugspitze oder an den Eibsee in die andere Richtung nach Garmisch Partenkirchen schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Wir hatten Frühstück dazu gebucht, reichlich und lecker 😋.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
