Pros:

The stay was fantastic and the views were beautiful. Not only was breakfast and dinner included, but also afternoon tea to have some drinks, ice cream and cake included. It a big treat especially after a long hot travel from Munich.

The staff were also very wonderful and accommodating.

Looking forward to staying more nights here in the future.

Cons:

AC in the room would have been nice, but the fresh cool air from outside was just as nice. Ducks were little noisy in the morning but that's OK.

Wir möchten gerne für immer dort bleiben.
Pros:

Das Servicepersonal ist immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und auf das Wohlergehen der Gäste bedacht. Es wird kein Wunsch ausgeschlagen.
Die Lage des Hotel einfach nur wunderschön.
Zimmer sehr gemütlich und werden jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt.
Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, sehr vielfältig und sehr sehr lecker.
Der Hoteleigene Strand ist wunderschön gestaltet mit ausreichenden Liegen, Strandkiosk und Bar sowie Booten.

Tai vieta, kuri sužavi nuo pirmos akimirkos. Viešbučio vieta tiesiog nepakartojama – Eibsee ežeras ir kalnų panorama sukuria vaizdus, kurių neįmanoma pamiršti. Atsibusti tokioje aplinkoje buvo tikras malonumas.Kambarys buvo erdvus, labai švarus, jaukus ir puikiai įrengtas, o lova – itin patogi.Didžiausi komplimentai viešbučio restoranui. Vakarienės buvo tiesiog išskirtinės – kiekvieną vakarą laukėme naujų patiekalų, kurie stebino ne tik puikiu skoniu, bet ir elegantišku pateikimu. Buvo akivaizdu, kad virtuvėje dirba talentinga komanda, kuri kiekvieną patiekalą ruošia su meile ir dėmesiu detalėms. Aukščiausio lygio gastronominė patirtis! Taip pat norime pagirti restorano personalą – aptarnavimas buvo profesionalus, dėmesingas ir labai malonus, todėl kiekviena vakarienė tapo ypatinga mūsų viešnagės dalimi.
Registracijos ir išvykimo procesas buvo sklandus ir profesionalus. Bendravimas registratūroje buvo gana santūrus, tačiau visi reikalingi klausimai buvo išspręsti greitai ir sklandžiai.
Išvykstame su pačiais gražiausiais prisiminimais ir tikrai norėsime čia sugrįžti. Nuoširdžiai rekomenduojame Eibsee Hotel visiems, kurie ieško išskirtinės vietos poilsiui, įspūdingų vaizdų ir nepamirštamos gastronominės patirties.

Loved the lake but wouldn’t stay or recommend this hotel. Might as well camp nearby & go to the lake for free.
Pros:

The location, of course. It is absolutely stunning & nothing like I’ve ever seen.

The cooks & chefs were lovely & welcoming.

Cons:

It was the cleanliness, or lack of sanitization that bothered me the most. There’s absolutely no deep clean of the rooms or beach beds.

Also, spiders literally all over certain areas where people can’t sit because they made a colony. Which is a sign that those chairs/tables haven’t been touched in so long. Let alone cleaned.

No AC or fans, the rooms were suuuuuper stuffy & when I opened the windows all sorts of bugs would enter.

Some of the staff members were lovely while others were indifferent & unhelpful.

Hotel macht einen guten Einyruc
Pros:

Lage zur Seilbahn sehr gut. Parkmöglichkeit am hotel.
Schöne Lage am See.

Cons:

Unzureichende duschmöglichkeitim Bad. Leider nur eine kleine Badewanne mit sehr rutschigen Boden. Bin in der Badewanne ausgerutscht und musste vom Personal Hilfe in Anspruch nehmen.
Keine Klimaanlage. Aussicht auf Zugspitze durch Baum eingeschränkt.

Die perfekte Auszeit
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt traumhaft direkt am Eibsee. Vom Balkon hat man einen perfekten Ausblick auf die Zugspitze und den See. Es stehen vielfältige Sport- und Unterhaltungsangebote zur Verfügung (Paddelboote, SUPs, Tretboote, Fahrräder etc.) sowie ein Innenpool und Saunabereich. Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Und zwischendurch gibt es einen Nachmittagssnack. Es schmeckt hervorragend.
Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
