das Frühstück war an einem Tag gut. Die anderen Tage waren die Brötchen nicht frisch und knusprig, sondern sehr weich und man hatte das Gefühl als wären sie vom Vortag. Mann konnte auf Brot umsteigen,

Nice hotel, but unpersonal check-in service.

The hotel is nice, clean, spacious, so close to the city center. Really good standard hotel. Also breakfast is very good and the selection is very good. The price and the hotel comfort is really, really high. There is only one problem and this is how to enter the hotel.

Cons:

If you are booking via booking, and booking.com download the money, then the hotel is sending you link to online checkin! Make sure you do that, because ONLY then you can receive the code to enter the hotel and the hotel room. If this doesn't work, nobody is answering the phone mentioned on the door. I was surprised, the hotel was full on Saturday night and still no answers on the phone, no call back. The hotel should ensure, someone answer the phone. So if you are lucky (as I was) and all works well, then you can enjoy this hotel. If not, you are homeless for that night. It should be a better explanation on the door what to do, including the info that we have received this code in the email. It should be received via SMS too.
