Sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern und nettem Personal. Bus fährt stündlich.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, schön und sehr sauber. Viel Liebe zum Detail. Es fehlt einem an nichts.

Cons:

Parkplatz direkt am Hotel 8€, Brötchen beim Frühstück hart, Frühstück mit knapp 20€ für das was geboten wird etwas überteuert

Kein Zimmerservice während des Aufenthaltes.
Sonnabend: warten auf Rüherei und Brötchen/ Brot. 1 Kaffeemaschine, zu wenig!
Kein Obst.
Fahradgarage wäre gut.

I would Stay for rooms and breakfast, but eat before I arrive or take a taxi…

The location was fantastic. The room itself and in general the hotel was spotless, reception gentleman in evening and in Morning brilliant

I sent a not to management but no reply as yet
the restaurant was ok, I say ok, the took us in at short notice about 7h45?
We sat down, very nice pleasant waitress , three items on menu, prices a little steep, but only place open in town.
so we thought as it this expensive it should be good, we ordered the schnitzel and it arrived on top of ice cold potatoe salad.. disappointing.. any we eat and at 21h04 ask for desert menu as I needed something to pepp up what was not that nice, 22h08 our waitress informs us kitchen is closed, for €78 euro for 2 schnitzel and a few small beers it’s not worth it… sorry
At NO time did anyone inform us kitchen is closing at 21h00 , not front desk not waitress , if 4 minutes was the cut off surely whey could of come past table and asked if we want desert, she worked alone and was waiting on other tables ..
then a party of 4 walks on and orders beers ??
Breakfast was good but rudest staff member , everything was too much, I asked for juice, she rolled eyes and said it is coming, took a while and then as table next to us leave she blurts out Thanks and good bye… as if it’s the diner duty to do so, he is a paying guest and was taken aback. shocking

Ruhig, gemütlich und gutes Essen
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, ruhige Lage, Potsdam mit Rad (Lindenallee direkt zum Park Sanssouci) und Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Abendessen und Frühstück waren sehr lecker und aus frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

40 Euro für (das sehr gute) Frühstück für 2 Personen ist dennoch üppig.

Kurze Auszeit
Pros:

Gute Lage in der Nähe von Schloss Sanssouci, Parkplätze vor dem Hotel.

Die Zimmer sind äußerst ruhig, man hört keinerlei Geräusche, vom Flur oder Nebenzimmer. Sie sind mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider waren die Matratzen (zumindest für mich) zu weich und somit kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich.
