Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Die junge Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und inkompetent. Das Zimmer war wie eine Sauna – extrem heiß und ohne Klimaanlage. Schlafen war praktisch unmöglich.

Als ich nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt habe, bekam ich nur die Antwort: „Sie sind hier nicht in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel, Sie müssen dieses Zimmer nehmen.“ Absolut respektlos.

Man hat mir zuerst einen kaputten Ventilator gegeben, danach musste ich selbst mehrmals hoch und runter laufen, um einen zweiten Ventilator zu holen. Außerdem werden Kreditkarten erst ab 200 Euro akzeptiert, was sehr unpraktisch ist.

Auch die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht schön und wirkt unsicher. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir haben die Mitarbeiterin eingeladen, um sich zu überzeugen, dass das Zimmer zu heiß ist und sie antwortete nur, dass sie es wisse und arbeiten müsse und deshalb nicht mitkommt.

Sie Bettdecken waren gelb, wahrscheinlich vom Nikotin, denn im ganzen Haus Rock es danach. Im Bad Stack es nach Abfluß.

breakfast was absolutely fantastic, as were the beds and the room setup. i was quite surprised! Check-in procedures and front desk staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. definitely recommended. also very close to a tram stop, doctors and general supply stores
