Buena ubicación, pero viejo
Pros:

El personal es súper amable y servicial, a excepción de una mujer del restaurante para el desayuno. El hotel está muy céntrico, con restaurantes y tiendas muy cerca. El desayuno es aceptable.

Cons:

Hay demasiada luz por la noche por falta de cortinas, las campanas de la catedral molestan y es muy viejito. El baño es lo mejor.

Freundliche alte Gaststätte im Zentrum Freiburgs
Pros:

Hotel mit historischem Charme mitten in der Altstadt von Freiburg. Die Holztäferung und Möbelierung tragen im Einzelzimmer 25 zur Gemütlichkeit bei; mit Bad, TV und Infotablett, Mineralwasser, Früchte. Keine Klimaanlage, dafür ein kleiner mobiler Ventilator, wobei das nächtliche Öffnen des Fensters zum Innenhof am effizientesten gegen die Sommerwärme half. Ruhig. Bett etwas schmal. Lift. Gepäckaufbewahrung. Der Eingang zum Hotel Oberkirch und zur Gaststube befinden sich nicht an derselben Strasse, man muss auch zum Frühstück um das Gebäude herumlaufen. Frühstück reichlich und fein, ebenso die weiteren Speisen, aufmerksames Personal. Aussicht auf Münsterturm.

Cons:

Trennung von Hotel und Gaststätte etwas umständlich, auch die verwinkelten Flure, was aber der historischen Entwicklung und Bausubstanz des Betriebes geschuldet ist, ebenso die fehlende Klimaanlage.

Worth the money
Pros:

Right at the centre still very quiet except Munster bell sound :) staffs were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast also was amazing . Overall definitely recommend

Cons:

Bit small room, basic amenities . No AC if you are staying during summer

Freiburg: a nice surprise
Pros:

The room and bathroom were clean and well kept. The people at reception very welcoming.
The restaurant for the breakfast was behind the hotel, in the square of the market: very nice location. The breakfast had wide offer of food, very good.
The hotel has a great location just behind the cathedral and the market.
I recommend this hotel

Cons:

The furniture and the room is old vintage and not necessarily fully comfortable but anyway nothing that impacted our stay
