Venlig modtagelse, personalets venlighed.
Værelsets størrelse, gode madrasser. Ok udvalg til morgenmad. Hotellets politik om gratis drik eller hjælp til kræftramte børn, hvis gæsten fravælger rengøring på værelset.

Cons:

Værelset var meget slidt, og det er simpelthen tid til udskiftning af stole på værelset for at sikre gæsternes comfort.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt war alles da und in Ordnung, würde wieder dort wohnen.
Pros:

Die Einweisung ins Hotel war super und das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles da.

Cons:

Die Dusche hat nicht gut funktioniert, da es gleichzeitig aus dem Wasserhahn in die Badewanne lief und es nicht umzustellen ging, aber für 3 Nächte auch machbar, bräuchte man eben ein wenig mehr Zeit zum Duschen .

Sehr gut organisiertes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr hilfsbereiter Empfang. Mein Fahrrad konnte ich in der Tiefgarage sicher unterbringen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Man konnte sich Getränke jederzeit beim Empfang aus einem kleinen Kühlschrank nehmen, die Rechnung dafür wurde bei der Abreise bezahlt. Das Zimmer war angenehm.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist vor 15 Uhr geschlossen. Es sollte draußen ein Hinweis Uf die Öffnungszeiten angebracht werden, sonst ist es etwas verwirrend.

Heel fijn
Pros:

Verhouding prijs kwaliteit prima, ontbijt heel netjes verzorgd. Badkamer verouderd, maar alles deed het nog, fijne douche.
Op loopafstand van stadsstrand; aanrader; erg leuk opgezet en leuke wandeling.
Daarna met auto naar Koblenz stad; ook erg de moeite waard, een hele leuke, relaxte stad.

Cons:

De recensies op booking.com gaven het juiste beeld dus er viel niets tegen, want we wisten waar we voor gekozen hadden.

Pros:

Sehr ausgewogenes Frühstück mit super freundlichen Personal. Es wurde stets nachgelegt. Die Idee mit fertigen Kannen voll Kaffee fand ich gut. Kein anstellen an Kaffeevollautomaten. Aber es gab auch Kaffee aus dem Kaffeevollautomaten.
Mit dem Bus, der direkt vor dem Hotel fuhr, kam man schnell in die Altstadt.
Die Fahrräder konnten sicher in der Tiefgarage kostenlos abgestellt werden. Und man konnte direkt von dort die Packtaschen mit dem Aufzug bis direkt in die Etage vom Zimmer transportieren.

Cons:

Die Stühle im Frühstücksraum sollten mal neu aufgepolstert werden. Auf manchen war das sitzen schwierig.

Een prima hotel voor een overnachting.
Pros:

Het was gewoon een prima hotel voor een nachtje. Vlak bij de stad.

Cons:

We konden pas een uur later op de kamer als afgesproken. Bij het ontbijt werd de dame die het ontbijt verzorgde afgebrand door de chef. Ik weet dat werkrelaties anders liggen in Duitsland, maar heel onprofessioneel.🫣

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Zimmer sauber und Betten sehr bequem.
Großer TV.
Leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Interieur stammt noch aus den 80er.
Was wir vorher wussten und auch nicht schlimm ist.
Bett und Schrank völlig okay.
Stühle müssten aber getauscht werden oder Sitzfläche erneuert. Da reicht Kissen drauf legen nicht mehr.
Ein neuer Teppich würde dem Frühstücksraum gut tun.
Fenster vom Zimmer waren nicht sauber
Ansonsten war alles geputzt.
