Ist ein top Hotel um zur Merkur Arena zu gelangen.

Cons:

Leider sammelte sich der Staub unter dem Nachtschrank. Aber alles andere war super sauber und schön

Pros:

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, nahe an der U-Bahn, nur wenige Haltestellen zum Hauptbahnhof und nur wenige Haltestellen zur Messe.
Es war ruhig im Haus. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zimmerwunsch nach ruhigen Zimmer wurde erfüllt - Danke hierfür. Alles sauber. Sehr netter Empfang.

Pros:

It was nearby the Düsseldorf Messe and the paid parking is decent.

Cons:

The room was too hot (no airco), outdated and you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The ventilator that comes with the room sounds like a Boeing 747. Also the tv was old (no smart TV) and the Wi-Fi reception was bad. The breakfast was bland. My daughter and I did not catch a lot of sleep, so I do not recommend.

Für den Japan Tag auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das leckere Frühstück und die komfortable Lage des Hotels machten es perfekt für den Japan Tag. Ich kann jedem empfehlen, dort ein Zimmer zu buchen.

Cons:

„Der Fahrstuhl ist recht klein, was bei hohem Gästeaufkommen zu Wartezeiten führen kann. Zudem sind die Zimmertüren etwas hellhörig; besonders beim Schließen der Türen entsteht oft ein lautes Geräusch. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn Gäste darauf hingewiesen würden, die Türen sanft zuzuziehen, statt sie ins Schloss fallen zu lassen.“
