Vom Check in bis zum Check out war alles prima.
Alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. Viele Parkmöglichkeiten und ein wundervoller Außenbereich des Restaurants.
Das Frühstück bietet eine reichhaltige Auswahl an regionalen Bioprodukten. Frisches Brot, und Eier nach Wunsch machen die Auswahl komplett. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, das merkt man von Sekunde eins. Danke für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder

Heel vriendelijk personeel, er was een probleem met de boeking wat meten heel netjes is opgelost door het hotel.
Heerlijk ontbijt en zeer schone kamer.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war super herzlich und freundlich, das Zimmer schön und modern und das Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Es ist etwas problematisch dass das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hat, Fenster auf lassen aber auch schwierig ist weil das Zimmer direkt zur Hauptstraße liegt.

Premium Zimmer entspricht der Optik auf den Bildern

Cons:

Wir haben ein Premiumzimmer für eine Nacht (160 €) gebucht, um einen schönen Thermentag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Positiv ist, dass das Zimmer optisch den Bildern entspricht.
Leider hörten die positiven Eindrücke dort auch schon auf.
Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage und war dadurch unerträglich heiß. Wir mussten deshalb die Fenster öffnen. Obwohl vor dem Hotel eine 30er-Zone ist, sind die Autos die ganze Nacht mit hoher Geschwindigkeit vorbeigefahren, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war.
Hinzu kam, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt und im gesamten Zimmer deutlich Essensgeruch aus dem Restaurant im Erdgeschoss wahrnehmbar war. Für einen Ubernachtungspreis von 160 € haben wir definitiv mehr Komfort erwartet.
Schade war außerdem, dass beim Check-out jemand aus der Küche an der Rezeption war, um unseren Schlüssel entgegenzunehmen. Andernfalls hätten wir unsere Kritik auch direkt vor Ort angesprochen.
Insgesamt empfinden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhaltnis als deutlich zu schlecht. Für uns war der Aufenthalt das Geld nicht wert. Wir können das Hotel daher leider nicht empfehlen und werden nicht wiederkommen.
