Schickes Hotel, dass seinen Service sucht
Pros:

Das Design

Cons:

- Die Lüftung hing im WC des Zimmers runter
- Diverse Lampen funktionierten nicht
- Das Personal war ruppig und erweckte nicht den Eindruck, dass man als Gast willkommen ist
- Roomservice existierte nicht, wie in der Hotelbeschreibung angekündigt
- und noch einiges mehr

Zimmer sind sehr schön. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Auch das bett was sehr bequem und man kann super drauf schlafen

Wir würden leider nicht nochmal kommen.
Pros:

Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und zu unserem Zimmer geführt, was sehr modern ausgestattet war.

Cons:

Ab 4 Uhr morgens Lärm aus den anderen Zimmern, die Gäste hatten kein Verständnis ebenfalls leise durch die Flure zu gehen. Morgens früh sitzen welche im Außenbereich (direkt vor unserem Fenster) und schreien und reden laut/ lachen laut. Ich habe meinen Partner um 9 Uhr geweckt und darum gebeten, dass Hotel sofort zu verlassen. Es war von der Lautstärke her nicht mehr auszuhalten.

Séjour agréable, malgré certains détails à revoir :)
Pros:

Le décor est vraiment magnifique et très classe. Le personnel est au top : super gentils et prêts à aider à tout moment.

Cons:

Certains détails sont encore à perfectionner…
Certaines finitions sont mal faites (murs), une odeur d’égouts sort de la baignoire, il y a des traces d’usure dans la baignoire et la propreté n’est pas au top (poussière présente sur les meubles), …
Au vu du prix payé et le « luxe » vendu, ce n’est malheureusement pas acceptable.

Schönstes Hotel in dem ich je war!
Pros:

Das war das schönste Hotelzimmer in dem ich jemals war. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles war sauber. Insgesamt alles top!!

Cons:

Leider kein Smart tv, ist aber natürlich nicht so dramatisch und "meckern" auf hohem Niveau :)

Dieses Hotel wird nur in Ausnahmen von uns gebucht, falls andere Optionen nicht verfügbar sind.

Cons:

Keinerlei Rückmeldungen vom Hotel bzgl Kostenübernahme, weitere Services etc. Telefonisch niemand erreichbar, trotz mehreren Anrufen. EMails werden nicht beantwortet. Service sehr schlecht. Zudem wird jetzt vorab noch eine Kaution erhoben. Für Geschäftsreisen ist das keine Option.

Sehr schönes Hotel für Pärchen mit einer guten Lage. Würden wir aufjedenfall wieder besuchen

Die Dusche war ziemlich dreckig.
