Pros:

Die Lage ist top und auch die unkomplizierte Art des check-in.

Cons:

Abgesehen von der Bettqualität war das Zimmer Nr.6 Substandard. Auch die Sauberkeit im sanitären Bereich war unter jeder Kritik. Das Zimmer entsprach in keinster Weise unseren Erwartungen und der Fotos.

Ein ruhiges, aber renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel
Pros:

Sehr ruhig - ich konnte ungestört schlafen. Ein gutes Früstück - nicht viel Auswahl, aber alles da, hat geschmeckt. Die Ausstattung vom Speisezimmer ist modern und angenehm. Eine sehr gute Lage - viele Haltestellen um die Ecke vom Hotel. Ein unkompliziertes Selbst-Check-in.

Cons:

Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen (Möbel, Boden, Sanitäranlagen). Nicht allzu abgenutzt, aber renovierungsbedürftig. Viele Sachen sind nicht fachmännisch gemacht (z. B. Steckerleisten mit vielen Kabeln, Möbelstücke passen stilistisch nicht zusammen usw.). Man merkt auch, dass das kein Hotel ist, sondern eine große Wohnung, deren Zimmer einzeln vermietet werden. Das Wort "Boutique" im Namen ist sicher fehl am Platz.

Solide Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage am Englischen Garten.
Pros:

Ruhige und sehr schöne Lage direkt am Englischen Garten. Zentral zur Innenstadt (zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln). Sehr netter Kontakt im Vorfeld und mit dem Personal vor Ort, flexibler Check-In.

Cons:

Eher hoher Zimmerpreis für lediglich Standrad-Ausstattung und einfaches Frühstück (das mag aber dem Wochenende der Meisterschaft des FC Bayern in München geschuldet sein).

Boutique Hotel ist etwas hochgegriffen es handelt sich um eine Etage in einem Wohnhaus und sehr hellhörig.
Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr nett.
Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ok

Die Lage ist sehr schön, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Frühstücksteam super freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten schöne Zeit in München, u.a. Dank der angenehmer Atmosphäre in Flatista.. Vielen herzlichen Dank!
