Pros:

Was a 15 min walk to my work location. Room was clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Website mentions restaurant is permanently closed so no breakfast but on-site they tell you you need to pay extra for breakfast= confusing. Reception is open from 17h to 20h. If your flight is delayed and you arrive later than 20h then you are in trouble. Room is small so there is no desk, only 2 chairs and a bed. It's an old house so no ventilation, only way to ventilate is to open the windows.

Ruhige Lage Innenstadt und Nähe Serrahnhafen sowie Bahnhof.

Cons:

Heizung im Zimmer wurde nicht warm, daher im Frühjahr sehr kühl im Raum.
Kein Fahrstuhl und das bei sehr steilen Treppen zum 2. Stock, Hilfe bei Gepäck nur nach "dezentem" Hinweis darauf (der Herr am Empfang keinerlei Regung außer Achselzucken; Dame vom Frühstücksservice dagegen half sofort)

Sehr schönes, individuelles Hotel mit tollen Gastgebern
Pros:

Unterkunft entspricht den Fotos, sehr gemütlich und mit sehr gutem Frühstück in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Trotz Lage ruhig, Betten bequem. WLAN funktioniert problemlos. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Kein Aufzug - mein Koffer war leider nicht ganz leicht und das Zimmer ganz oben.
