Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Ich habe in der dritten Etage übernachtet. Da gab es keinen WLAN Empfang.

Zentral gelegenes, dennoch ruhiges Hotel mit guten Service und sehr zufriedenstellender Ausstattung.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage unmittelbar am Beginn der Fußgängerzone. Fahrräder konnten sicher in einer Garage abgestellt werden. Zimmer mit Aussicht über den Bodanplatz. Gutes, nicht zum Hotel gehörendes Restaurant im Erdgeschoß mit Außensitzplätzen. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage! Freundliches Personal. Da man die Fenster dank der Klimanalage geschlossen halten kann, ist es auch angenehm ruhig im Zimmer.

Cons:

Frühstück ist prinzipiell in Ordnung. Es ist alles vorrätig, es wird aufgefüllt bzw. man bekommt ohne Probleme nachgeliefert. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war trotzdem für uns die Brötchenzuteilung, die sehr kleinen Teller und der beengte Raum rund um das Büffet.
Begrenztes Angebot an Autostellplätzen. Da wir auf Radtour gegangen sind, mussten wir das Auto im ca. 2,5 km entfernten Parkhaus abstellen.

Pros:

A superbly located hotel in the centre of Konstanz, close to the railway station, with a restaurant right on the premises.
The hotel has a family-friendly atmosphere and serves a very good breakfast.
If you´re lucky, you can get free of charge parking nearby (otherwise it might be a problem).

Cons:

It might come as a surprise to some that there’s no lift, and the third floor is a bit of a climb (no problem for us, though).

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, sehr sauber und gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider war das Bad sehr klein, die Badtür nur eine dünne Plexiglasschiebetür und sicher nicht sehr angenehm für Paare.

Clean and comfortable hotel near the lake
Pros:

It was great to get the room with air conditioner during these hot days. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great - near to the lake, the train station and to many touristic attractions. We will definetly return to this hotel next time

Cons:

For us it was not a problem, but there is no elevator in the building, so in case it is critical for you, ask for the room in the 1st floor

Lage war top mitten im Zentrum.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Schön, mit Optimierungsbedarf beim Frühstücksraum.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage in Bahnhofsnähe und in der Nähe des Hafens.
Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafés sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum, der Platz rund ums Buffet und die Küche waren für die Anzahl der Gäste viel zu klein. Das Personal konnte gar nicht so schnell die Tische abräumen, wie Gäste einen Platz brauchten. In der kleinen Miniküche war gleichzeitig gar nicht ausreichend Platz, um schmutziges Geschirr abzustellen, so dass es für das Personal wirklich sehr sehr stressig war, zeitgleich die Rische startklar zu machen, das Buffet aufzufüllen, den Kaffee zu servieren und das schmutzige Geschirr wegzuräumen.

Tolles Hotel😊
Pros:

Wir waren das dritte Jahr in Folge im Hotel Hirschen und werden wieder kommen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, das Personal ist mega freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Wünsche wird sofort eingegangen. Es ist sehr sauber und es gibt jeden Morgen ein tolles Frühstück. Vielen Dank für die herzliche und freundliche Art, machen Sie weiter so.
