Schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein 3 Bettzimmer für 2 Nächte für 388€ gebucht und uns wurde als erstes das „Appartment 1“ im Keller mit Kellerfenstern direkt zum Parkplatz mit 4 Betten angeboten. Dieses Appartement glich eher einer Jugendherberge und entsprach nichts mit den Fotos vom Buchungsprozess zu tun.
Nach unserer Beschwerde bekamen wir ein 4 Bett Zimmer (Doppelbett und Doppelstockbett) mit einem Gemeinschaftsbad. Uns wurde jedoch zugesichert das dieses Bad für uns alleine zu nutzen wäre. Diese Zusicherung wurde auch eingehalten (2 andere Zimmer blieben leer).
Wir würden wegen dem schlechten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht nochmal hier buchen.

Die Dame bei der Ankunft war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das der Parkplatz Geld kostet im.Parkhaus wurde nirgends vorher erwähnt. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach und wenig liebevoll eingerichtet. Für 2Personen nur 1Stuhl im Zimmer. Es war sehr warm
.Das Frühstück ist sehr lieblos angerichtet in einem sehr kleinen Raum. Die Kellnerin beim Frühstück hat einen unmotivierten Eindruck gemacht.
Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist.

Pros:

Schönes Apartment erhalten für 3 Nächte im Upgrade. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück. Genügend kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze ganz in der Nähe.

Lep hotel, prijazno osebje, čiste in lepo urejene sobe in apartmaji in dober ter okusen zajtrk.
Pros:

Zelo prijazno osebje, lepo urejen čist,in udoben hotel, na dobri lokaciji, urejena in zagotovljena brezplačna parkirišča , zajtrk zelo bogat in okusen, velika izbira. Skratka lahko ga z mirno vestjo priporočamo naprej.

Kurzer Urlaub aber sehr schön.
Pros:

Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder Freundlich und sehr höflich.

Cons:

Bei der nächsten Anreise wäre es schön wenn man bei den hohen Temperaturen auch eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer hätte. Vielen Dank
