Pros:

Lage um zum IGA Park oder nach Warnemünde zu kommen gut.

Cons:

Unser Familienzimmer war nicht sauber. Der Teppichboden voll mit Hundehaaren. Die Bitte das Zimmer zu säubern wurde zwar zugesagt, aber es wurde nichts gemacht. Als wir Abends wieder kamen, sah es genauso aus wie vorher. Wir haben einen Allergiker dabei. Somit mehr als nur unschön. Das Hotel ist bei gebotener Leistung deutlich zu teuer. Einmal und nie wieder.

Das Hotel war für unsere Zwecke ideal.
Cons:

Es gab keine Teetassen bzw. GLÄSER BEIM Frühstücksbuffet. Erst auf Nachfrage. Alles andere war ok.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein besonderes Dankeschön an Herrn Waliz (so hieß der freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption) wenn ich richtig liege. Wir waren wieder rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

alles gut, wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da
Pros:

alles schick, das einzige war, dass die anderen Gäste nach dem Roland Kaiser Konzert einfach viel zu laut waren. Es wäre schön, wenn Hotel jemand für Ordnung gesorgt hätte.
