Cons:

Klimaanlage bzw. Ventilator im Zimmer wäre bei dem sehr heißem Wetter hilfreich gewesen.

Eine Perle im Ostallgäu das für ehrliche Gastfreundschaft und perfekte Hotelerie steht!

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und kurze Auszeit in einem sehr schönen Hotel, perfekte Lage mit fantastischer Panoramaaussicht, sehr ruhig mit Parkplatz am Haus. Durch alle Bereiche (Empfang, Restaurant, SPA und House-Keeping ) sehr freundliches, fachkundiges und geschultes Personal, weiter positiv aufgefallen waren die zuvorkommenden und authentischen Gespräche mit den Mitarbeitenden ohne aufgesetzt zu sein - hier wird Gastfreundschaft gelebt! Frühstück, SPA, Restaurant sowie Sauberkeit, Gepflegtheit der Einrichtung der Zimmer tadellos - habe schon viele Hotels besucht, dieses hier ist eine Perle von denen es unbedingt mehr geben sollte! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder….

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln - aufgrund der ausnahmslosen großen Hitze zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes, wäre eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer das Sahnehäubchen gewesen, Dank Terassentür und Fenster war es jedoch erträglich…

Cons:

Wir waren umzingelt von Dauerrauchern auf der Restaurantterrasse.
Absolut unerträglich und unakzeptable.
Wohlfühlwerbung wird sehr betont.
Aber dieser Aspekt wirft all das Gute ins absolut Negative.
Dazu kommt,dass der Rauch auch noch nach oben steigt und man den ungesunden Gestank auf dem Balkon ertragen muss und bei der Hitze bei notgedrungen geöffneten Fenster und Türen im Zimmer hat.
Romantik,Gesundheit und beworbene Wohlfühlatmosphäre komplett zerstört wird

Die Lage war mega. Das Zimmer war schön mit einer superschönen Aussicht auf den See.

Cons:

Einzelne Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren unfreundlich, wenn man im Restaurant etwas gefragt hat und man sie dadurch „gestört“ hat. Bei dem heißen Wetter wäre eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer gut.

The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast was wonderful, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

One suggestion would be to consider air conditioning, as the June weather was quite warm.

The only disappointment was the atmosphere at breakfast. During all three mornings of our stay, an older waitress who was present in the dining area came across as unwelcoming and unfriendly. While she was not directly serving us, her demeanor noticeably affected the guest experience and made us feel less welcome than expected.

As frequent international travelers, we believe hospitality should make every guest feel equally welcomed, regardless of their background. For a property of this standard, the atmosphere at breakfast fell short of expectations.

Despite this, the beautiful views and overall stay made for a memorable visit.

Auf dem Weg zum Gardasee Zwischenstopp
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit angrenzendem gepflegtem, abwechslungsreichem Golfplatz. Das große Zimmer 209 mit Seeblick und das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal sowie umfangreiches Frühstück können wir absolut weiterempfehlen.
