Alt und schlechte Zimmerqualität

Aktuelle nur die Lage.

Cons:

Wir waren bereits 2 oder 3 Mal dort und kannten zwar die Zimmer mit einer älteren Ausstattung, aber zumindest waren die Matratzen immer gut und auch die Reinigung und. Das Service-Personal beim
frühstück super. Daher entscheiden wir uns erneut für dieses Hotel. Leider wurden wir in diesem Jahr sehr enttäuscht 😞 Die Betten als und sehr unangenehm. Die Matratzen durchgelegen, man konnte die Federn spüren. Beim Aufstehen kam man durch die durchgelegen Matratzen mit den Oberschenkel an den Holzrahmen des Bettes, was das Aufstehen sowohl schwierig als auch unangenehm gestaltete. Das Toilettenbecken war undicht, wir hatten immer eine kleine Pfütze um das Becken. Die schimmeligen Fugen an der Badewanne wurden teils notdürftig mit Silikon überdeckt. Je nach Reinigungspersonal wurde das Zimmer mal vernünftig gereinigt und mal maximal die Betten gemacht. Das Frühstücksbüffet war von der Masse her (sofern mal direkt nachgelegt wurde und man nicht nachfragen musste) zwar ausreichen und gut, aber absolut nicht abwechslungsreich. Das kannten wir auch von früher deutlich besser. Auch die aufgebackenen Brötchen vom Vortag kannten wir auch nicht. Und wir sind immer zur selben Zeit auf der Insel. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption beim Check-out ob wir zufrieden waren, haben wir erneut auf die Flecken und allgemein auf das schlechte Zimmer hingewiesen und das wie das nicht vom Haus gewohnt sind, wurde auf die Corona-Zeit Buhl der Flecken verwiesen. Das sei wohl Desinfektionsmittel. Nein, das ist es eindeutig nicht! Schade, dass man sich im Haus keine Kritik annehmen möchte. Wir können aktuell das Haus nicht empfehlen. Vielleicht sollte man grundsätzlich abwarten, bis das komplette Haus saniert ist und nicht nur vereinzelt die Zimmer.

Das Personal war super-freundlich. Sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch im Restaurant und sonstiger Service. Ein besonderes Lob geht an die Küche ! Das Frügstüchsbuffet ließ keinen Wunsch offen und das Abendessen war immer hervorragend zubereitet. - Wir kommen gerne wieder -.

Gute Lage. Sehr sauber. Nicht extrem modern, aber sehr gepflegt.
Pros:

Die Lage in der Nähe zur Inselbahn, zum Strand und zu einigen Restaurants ist gut. Gleichzeitig ist es in der Nacht ruhig. Vom Zimmer aus konnte ich sowohl den neuen Leuchtturm als auch das Meer sehen.
Sauna und Fitnessraum habe ich nicht genutzt, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen.
Das Frühstück war ordentlich. Leider gab es mitunter Engpässe bei den Sitzplätzen. Auch ist das Buffet etwas eng. Aber im Grunde ist alles der Kategorie des Hotels entsprechend.

immer wieder gern wenn nicht die lange Anreise wär.

De keuze was uitgebreid en naar mijn weten voor eenieder voldoende voorhanden. Personeel hulpvaardig en heel vriendelijk . Je voelt je er frank en vrij en zou het vrienden aanraden,

Die Lage war super!

Cons:

Leider ist die Einrichtung teils sehr altmodisch und es war für uns bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich, welche der Zimmer modernisiert sind. Da hätten wir uns mehr Transparenz gewünscht.
Leider waren mehrere Personen des Hotelpersonals nicht besonders freundlich.
