Good base for a trip to Munich, but check facilities and don't rely on public transport
Pros:

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, lovely room and a good base for visiting Munich

Cons:

Lift not working, but staff sorted alternative parking, kitchen not as well equipped as expected, needed a car to get into Munich

Aufgrund des unfreundlichen Service nichts!

Cons:

Muffiger, unfreundlicher Check-Inn, nur ein paar Handtücher, obwohl wir zu 2. waren, mein Wunsch nach einem 2. Paar wurde ignoriert. Meine Bemerkung, dass man den kaputten Fahrstuhl und die 4 Stockwerke, die wir zu unserem Zimmer gehen mussten, beim Check-Inn hätte erwähnen können, wurden folgendermaßen kommentiert: soll ich das jedem Gast sagen?, Sie müssen da doch eh irgendwie hochkommen, hätte ich Sie tragen sollen? Unverschämt!

Pros:

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, modern eingerichtet das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück gut und ausreichend.

Cons:

Im Zimmer waren noch einige Haare und Papierschnipsel gelegen und die Tiefgarage ist ein bisschen kompliziert in der Bedienung der Autolifte.

Hotel ansonsten ziemlich in Ordnung.

Cons:

Pros:

Super Hotel vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Zwischenübernachtung wenn man weiter Richtung Garmisch/Brenner will, man ist in 5 Min. auf der Autobahn. Dazu noch ein super Tipp vom netten Rezeptionisten für einen Biergarten den man fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreicht und genügend kostenlose Parkplätze in der Umgrbung.

Im Waschbecken lief Wasser nicht ab. Trotz Hinweis und Zusage gab es keine Änderung.
