Tolle Lage,nettes Personal katastrophales Frühstück, Zimmer im EG sehr laut wegen Nähe zum Frühstück
Pros:

Frühstück für diesen Preis eine Katastrophe. 45 Minuten vor Ablauf der Frühstückszeit bot das Büfett ein desolaten Bild, vieles war unansehnlich oder schlichtweg nicht mehr verfügbar. Warmes essen wie Rührei, Speck oder Bohnen gibt es generell nicht. Das Bircher Müsli war matschig und total überzuckert.
In der Summe das teuerste Marmeladenbrötchen meines Lebens

Cons:

Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war sehr laut, mit Beginn des Frühstücks war an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. Geschirrgeklapper und laute Unterhaltung die man mithören konnte. EG unbedingt vermeiden.
Die Betten stark durchgelesen.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter la vieille ville de Freiburg.
Pros:

Situation de l'hôtel proche du Centre historique facilement atteignable à pied (10mn) , calme car rue résidentielle et peu passante, petit-déjeuner copieux et varié et service très souriant. Très beau parquet, parties communes très bien entretenues.

Cons:

Absence d'ascenseur pour monter dans les étages. Réception fermée dès 18h, code à utiliser pour entrer. Parking à 18€ dans la cour de l'hôtel, trouvé assez cher mais permet de laisser la voiture tant que l'on visite la ville jusqu'à 12h.

Will always seek to stay at the lovely Alleehaus Hotel.
Pros:

Stayed quite a few times -- paid for parking, breakfast great, staff very helpful and happy. My favorite place to stay in Freiburg.

Cons:

Stayed downstairs because of huge bags and no lift. So, no problem there. Surprised at significant price hike
on Thursday and Friday April 30 and May 1. We didn't think Thursday April 30th should have been premium.

Meine #1 in Freiburg ❤️
Pros:

Mein absolutes Lieblingshotel in Freiburg. Wenn ich in der Stadt bin und noch ein Zimmer frei ist, buche ich praktisch immer hier. Das Haus hat viel Charme, ist modern, sauber und gleichzeitig angenehm unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben muss man das Personal, immer freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. So selten geworden wie funktionierende Drucker im Büroalltag.
Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ja, das Haus ist etwas hellhörig und man bekommt hier und da etwas vom Umfeld mit. Mich persönlich stört das aber überhaupt nicht, es gehört irgendwie zum Charakter des Hauses und macht die Atmosphäre sogar lebendig statt steril.
Für mich jedes Mal wieder eine klare Empfehlung und definitiv ein Hotel, auf das ich mich immer freue.

Cons:

Als kleiner Kritikpunkt dürfte die Detailsauberkeit wieder etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit erhalten. Die Betten, Handtücher und die Dusche waren zwar absolut sauber, da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Allerdings waren im Badezimmer die Lüftungsschlitze der Türen deutlich eingestaubt. Zudem wirkte der Deckel der Klopapierhalterung etwas schmierig und im Wasserkocher stand noch Wasser vom vorherigen Gast. Unter dem Vorhang lag ausserdem noch eine Mütze eines früheren Gastes, wir haben sie dort gelassen, in der Hoffnung, dass sie irgendwann bei einer zukünftigen archäologischen Reinigungsexpedition entdeckt wird.
Nichts davon ist dramatisch, eher Kleinigkeiten, die in einem ansonsten wirklich sehr guten Hotel einfach stärker auffallen.
