Pros:

Near the location of my meeting venue. Check-in via a machine/digits.

Cons:

Dystopian. End of civilization. No problem when the place is old or the furniture is. broken, but hygiene is not negotiable. I thoroughly cleaned the room before leaving, in case there aren't enough personnel available. I have pictures but I will not attach them here- maybe the management can contact me.
