Schöne Lage des Hotels, jedoch mit einigen Mängeln
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Rhein. Das war wirklich sehr schön. Die Sessel auf dem Balkon waren sehr bequem. Da konnte man gemütlich bei einem Glas Wein sitzen. Die separate und vom Bad abgetrennte Toilette fanden wir (2 Freundinnen) ideal..
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sahen auf den Fotos wesentlich größer aus. Unser Zimmer war nur so breit wie das Bett.
Die Gardine und auch der Vorhang hatten sehr viele schwarze Schmierflecken. Wahrscheinlich stammten sie von der Balkontüre. Auf dem Balkon wuchs Unkraut. Das Gestell vom Balkontisch, der wie ein Campingtisch aus den 70er Jahren wirkte, war voller Rostflecken.
Die Lampe in der Dusche funktionierte leider nicht.
Es gab zwar 2 Tetrapacks Wasser auf dem Zimmer, aber keine Gläser.
Ich hätte gerne mein kleines E-Auto am Hotel etwas aufgeladen. Dafür fällt eine einmalige Gebühr von 25€ an. Das wäre für den Service direkt am Hotel noch okay gewesen, aber weitere 10€ dafür zu verlangen, dass man nur für die Zeit des Ladens in die vorhandene Garage fahren MUSS, weil die Ladestelle sich nunmal dort befindet, ist nicht gerechtfertigt.
Somit haben wir uns für 25 Minuten „öffentliches“ laden entschieden und gerade mal 9€ anstelle von 35€ bezahlt.

Het was fijn. We komen graag nog eens terug.
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig: direct aan de oever van de Rijn. Vooral het restaurant op de bovenste verdieping heeft een prachtig uitzicht.

Rundum perfekt
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war von der Begrüßung bis zur Abreise perfekt. Alles sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, tolle Lage und ein Frühstück, bei dem nichts gefehlt hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und modern und das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Wir waren im Juli dort. An dem Tag waren es über 35 Grad und es gab eine Tropennacht. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war eingeschaltet, hat aber nicht funktioniert. Es war viel zu heiß im Zimmer!

Highly recommended hotel in Andernach
Pros:

Excellent hotel at a beautiful spot along the Rhine river. Beautifully designed, lots of artwork, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Andernach is also a very nice small but lively town with a long visible history. Good parking garage available

Tea/coffee in the room would have been nice

Modern, very well located hotel!
Pros:

Modern, with parking garage and elevators. Our room was large and comfortable. Excellent location with view of the Rhine. Charming sculptures and artwork in the patio and public rooms. Excellent BK.

Cons:

Our room had very poor internet and no fridge.As cyclists who plan our route online every day, the poor wifi is a serious shortcoming.
