Mooie en centrale locatie om vandaaruit de omgeving te verkennen
Pros:

Prachtige locatie bij een meer(tje) waaromheen je leuk kunt wandelen (4.5 KM) maar bovendien een perfect en centraal punt om door de omgeving mooie fietsroutes weg te trappen.

Cons:

Betten zu weich und leicht durchgelegen, Küche nur von Mo bis Mi, ohne regionalen Bezug; Frühstück prinzipiell gut, aber Käse- und Wurstsorten hätten mehr Abwechselung haben können (während unserer 6 Tage Aufenthalt gleiches Angebot)

Man kann sich im Hotel wohlfühlen, wenn man nicht allzu genau hinschaut.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, die Aussicht ebenfalls. Toll war, dass wir zwei Flügeltüren zum Balkon hin hatten. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und definitiv sein Geld wert. Positiv war, dass es sehr, sehr ruhig war im Hotel. Kleine schlagenden Türen, keine lauten Gespräche auf den Fluren, generell keine Hellhörigkeit im Gebäude. Wir konnten gut abschalten. Die geräumige Dusche hat uns XXL-Elfen ;-) sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war okay, man sollte aber nicht ganz so genau hinsehen (z. B. Spinnweben in den Ecken und an den Lampen im Bad). Die Dichtungen der Balkontüren hingen raus, der hölzerne Boden des Balkons wirkte an manchen Stellen auch nicht mehr 100%ig vertrauenserweckend. Generell dürfte das Hotel mal renoviert werden. Es sind meist nur Kleinigkeiten, aber diese trüben leider den Gesamteindruck.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hochwälder Wohlfühlhotel.
Pros:

Beautiful surroundings, we experienced a warm welcome.

Cons:

Perhaps the rooms’ view on the car parking was not that inspiring but the tranquil hotel interior was compensating for that.
