Der Service, den wir erlebt haben, war für uns herausragend. Wir haben unaufgefordert ein näher gelegenes 2. Zimmer erhalten, nachdem klar wurde, dass wir als Freundesreisende gerne auch abends noch etwas zusammen sitzen wollen.... Sicher war das Hotel nicht ausgebucht und deshalb war ein Wechsel möglich, dennoch war es sehr aufmerksam, ohne Aufpreis, obwohl das Zimmer eine Kategorie besser war. Es waren die weiteren Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt für uns besonders gemacht haben: ein täglich eingedeckter Tisch im Restaurant, damit wir den Hund mit zum Frühstücksbuffet mitnehmen konnten, alle Servicekräfte fühlten sich für Bestellungen, Nachbestellungen und Extras zuständig.... Alle waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. 10 von 5 Bewertungspunkten, wenn das möglich wäre.

Hotel jest oddalony od głównego szlaku i autostrady, co zapewnia spokój i wytchnienie w podróży. Piękne widoki, dostępne termy, restauracja i bar. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Można się tu zatrzymać na dłużej, żeby skorzystać z oferty SPA lub tak jak my odetchnąć przed dalszą podóżą

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, alles war gut zuerreichen.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Wiehengebirge ruhig und schön. Das Frühstück war gut der Grillabend super und das Essen abends gut. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Das einzige sehr steile Anfahrt zum Hotel, aber man kann mit dem Auto direkt vorfahren nur mit einem normalen Fahrrad anstrengend.

Top Therme mit Spa/Welness, ruhige schöne Lage, ideal fürs WE, gerne wieder
Pros:

Der Wellness und Spa Bereich sehr schön gestaltet. Es waren sogar Bademäntel auf dem Zimmer kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, dazu Handtücher für die Sauna und dem Schwimmbad. Sehr entspannend. Sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr komfortable Zimmer. Der Service war sehr nett, das Personal . Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Obst, Gemüse und Aufschnitt, Müsli, Brot...hat uns sehr gut alles gefallen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Der Wald ist um das Eck. Sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend.

Die Zimmer bieten keine Klimaanlage an, das hatte ich bei der Buchung übersehen,
