Pros:

L'hostel est tenu par la famille de Fernando. Quelle famille incroyable. Fernando est d'une gentillesse et générosité incroyable. On trouve tout les renseignements nécessaires dans l'hostel pour passer une super journée dans le parc du Catopaxi.

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Really lovely and cosy place with incredibly friendly owners. We felt really at home 😊. Plus amazing views of the Cotopaxi volcano, great food in the restaurant and easy booking of excursions in the national park!

Sehr nettes und herzliches Personal und super gemütliche Betten. Vom Garten aus hat man einen guten Blick auf den Cotopaxi und der Eingang zum Park ist sehr nah.

Cons:

Die Preise im Restaurant sind ziemlich teuer und vor allem der Transport kostet viel. Für eine Fahrt zur Lagune (40 min pro Richtung) haben wir 20$ pro Person gezahlt...

Un lugar mágico
Pros:

En el Rondador Cotopaxi todo es de encanto: el sitio, las vistas, las personas que atienden. El dueño, Fernando, es muy amable y atento. Siempre está pendiente de todo. El locro de papas es exquisito y el desayuno, también. La decoración del hostal es muy bonita, con artesanías de la zona y ecuatorianas, en general. La estancia fue muy agradable, pues el contacto con la naturaleza, allí presente, llena los pulmones de aire puro, y da vida.

Cons:

Se necesitan más días para poder ir hasta el volcán. Solo fue un día y, si llueve, como fue el caso, el volcán se pierde en la neblina. Así que si usted quiere disfrutar de todo, vaya varios días al Rondador Cotopaxi.

Pros:

Fernando ist ein ausgezeichnet freundlicher Gastgeber und hat uns sehr gut mit Informationen versorgt und weitergeholfen.
Frühstück und essen war sehr gut und die Portionen sind sehr groß.
Die Lage ist perfekt da es wenige Minuten vom Südeingang zum Cotopaxi NP liegt.

Everything. They were extremely accommodating and welcoming helping us to get the most of our experience. The place is very cosy and close to the entrance to the park. Food was good and bug portions. Is a lovely family run place.

Schöne 3 Tage nahe Cotopaxi
Pros:

Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber.
Wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade (größeres Zimmer) erhalten, das war sehr sehr lieb. Das Personal war immer super freundlich und zugänglich. Die Touren mit Francesco waren auch klasse, toller Guide mit sehr viel Wissen und den besten Fotospots.

Cons:

Grundsätzlich kann man um die Unterkunft herum nichts selbst tun und man ist auf die eher etwas teuren Ausflüge angewiesen, sowie das Hoteleigene (aber sehr leckere) Essen.

Bonito hostal, con una pequeña granja con lamas, gallinas, etc... Muy cerca de la entrada sur del parque Cotopaxi (vistas al volcán desde el comedor si está despejado)
Muy buen restaurante, y lo mejor fue el personal, muy dispuestos a ayudar.

Cons:

En la habitación que nos tocó, la cama podía ser más cómoda, y molestaban las farolas de la carretera ya que las cortinas eran muy finas y entraba bastante luz en la noche. También se escuchaba bastante la carretera que pasa al lado.

מקום מומלץ מאד אם עוצרים לטיפוס להר קוטופקסי. נקודה נוחה מאד ליציאה לנסיעה לאגם קילוטואה ומשם לבאנוס

ארוחת בוקר טובה. מגישים גם ארוחת ערב איכותית. יצאנו עם מדריכה מקומית לכיוון ההר עם טיפוס. נסיעה חלקה, עצרנו באגם בדרך חזרה גם המרכז המבקרים המעניין מאד. הצוות היה טוב, יש משק חי (חמוד לילדים) ונוף מקסים. יש חניה צמודה לרכבים. יש פינות ישיבה חמודות עם כלי נגינה.

Hice una reserva de emergencia a las 11 pm de la misma noche que iba a hospedarme, llegue a las 11:05 pm y Fernando super atento al oir un auto afuera salio, nos recibio a esa hora tan tarde, la habitacion estaba limpia, muy comoda la cama, el desayuno delicioso, la atencion excepcional!! De verdad un 10 de 10 este lugar, super recomendados!!
