Pros:

Lo elegí por el parqueadero, la recepción 24 horas y la piscina que se veía en fotos

Cons:

Todo está muy deteriorado, camas cobijas, toallas y no hay muy buena limpieza en las habitaciones, la piscina además de fría la de los niños tenía muchos insectos.

Pros:

El lugar es bonito y cumple con una buena relación calidad-precio. El desayuno fue bueno y el personal muy amable y atento durante toda la estadía. La limpieza de la habitación estuvo muy bien y el agua caliente funcionó sin problemas. En general, fue una experiencia agradable para descansar en familia.

Cons:

Aunque el hotel se promociona como pet-friendly, existen algunas restricciones para las mascotas y no se dispone de espacios adecuados para compartir con ellas en áreas comunes.

Durante nuestra estadía, ciertas instalaciones no estaban en funcionamiento (jacuzzi y parque de agua), por lo que sería recomendable informarlo con anticipación. Asimismo, la piscina presentaba hojas e insectos en algunos momentos del día, por lo que podría mejorarse la frecuencia de limpieza.

Algunas normas pueden resultar poco claras, como la restricción de ingresar mojado al baño cercano a la piscina.

El hotel no cuenta con servicio de restaurante en la noche, lo que implica salir; sin embargo, los establecimientos cercanos tampoco aceptan mascotas, lo que puede dificultar la logística para quienes viajan con ellas.

Un lugar de paso
Pros:

El confort del hotel muy amplio y espacios para descanso y diversión. La atención del personal variable había personas muy atentas y otras como que les incómodas que le pidas algo.

Cons:

La piscina no estaba tan limpia como se esperaba y el agua no estaba temperada, razón por la que reservamos el hotel y no pudimos hacer uso.
