First class rates, third class experience
Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

There was peeling paint on the ceiling. There was trash visible from the balcony if you just looked straight down into the courtyard. The "American breakfast" was 2 eggs, a small cup of fruit, and two commercial croissants with coffee and juice. It just all felt so cheap. The door stopped working, and instead of replacing the battery they installed a manual lock poorly. Because the handle couldn't turn all the way the latching mechanism couldn't be installed and we were secured by a little bit of wood..... For 200 dollars a night I expected a more first class experience.

Muy buen hotel
Pros:

Todo lindo, buen desayuno, la habitación comoda y amplia, como era familiar, no daba a la playa, sino a la parte de atras, y no tenia nada bueno que ver, lo unico malo, q no me gusto, es que el sabado hicieron una fiesta, empezo desde la tarde, el.ruido esteidente, subia y bajaba gente, con cerveza, fumando, y demas, yo andaba con niños, estabamos en la piscina, y era demasiada gente, y situaciones poco agradables para los niños, como mujeres besandose. Realmente fue una situación muy incomoda, q no espere, asi que decidí salir con los chicos del hotel, hasta q eso se termine. Deberian ver eso, q como hotel reciben familias y niños.

Cons:

Todo lo demas, muy bien, en pareja si regresaria. En familia, consultaria, si tienen ese tipo de eventos y no iria.

Big room with an epic view let down by cockroaches in the room
Pros:

Great location on the beach, Ezzio’s pizza on site in the restaurant was great!

Cons:

The cockroaches! Cockroaches everywhere, particularly on the dining table (under the glass and in the rattan itself)

Drink prices at the bar were very high and the bar staff weren’t great.

Pros:

I like the vibe very nice pool was amazing nice and warm! The restaurant it’s really good

Cons:

I didn’t like it’s not on town it’s a short walk after the bridge but as single ladies crossing the bridge at night after party little inconvenience.
The DJ was not good at all music at 4 pm was bad…. If you bring a bottle of something they wanna charge you $80 if you want to drink your own bottle.
There is not cabanas or beachfront chairs provided for free to the guest. You have to pay to sit outside with umbrella they charge $5 per person.
They charge you if you lose your room key or the beach towels any extra key requests they charge you extra.
