Location, Room size, beach
Bathroom is bad, especially the towels, soap, shampoo are not enough, the staff did not respond for your requests (only say okay but did not do any thing)
Restaurant is very poor (Variety and quality of food is very poor), Most of the restaurant staff are not friendly.
The beach staff is very rod and the reception information is inaccurate, miscommunication between the hotel and beach staff is clearly identified
L’hôtel était très bien situé, la piscine est top et les chambres sont très confortables.
Le personnel était extrêmement gentil et disponible, notamment Khaled de l’accueil.
Accès à la plage privée de l’hôtel avec transat, on peut y faire du snorkeling et voir plein de poissons.
La porte de douche laisse passer l’eau et les portants de serviette étaient mal fixés… la salle de bain est un peu vétuste.
Il y avait parfois trop d’enfants à la piscine, c’était très bruyant… mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel en soi.

The hotel was in a great location, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great with lots of variety.
The beach wasn't accessible without a driver to take you to the access point and you had to wait for it on your return.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at sky view suites. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with high professionalism and care.
I would especially like to commend khaled at the front desk. He was extremely welcoming, polite, and efficient during check-in. His warm attitude, professional demeanor, and readiness to help made a fantastic first impression and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall service throughout the hotel was top-notch. I truly appreciate the hospitality and dedication of the entire team.
I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next visit!
The property is really great. The best thing is the staff communication and behaviour. They are very helpful, and they are smiling all the time. They are always keen to provide support and solve any issues we face. Khaled in the reception was really helpful during the check in and check out. All staff who helped us in checking in, fixing any issues, security and shuttle driver, they were all very nice and helpful.
The rooms are amazing, it is big with a living room and separate bedroom. The room is clean and it has various facilities as big smart TV, cooker, kettle, fridge and freezer and dinining area. there is small kitcken with all tools required for cooking.
The pool is good and the water looks clean all the team. There is a private beach for the hotel and you can take shuttle to the hotel.
The location is amazing as there are various services around it, and it is 10 minutes from the Marina and city center.

There should be elevator for elder people to stay in the 1st floor. They need to take care more of the bed sheets cleanness. They can also work on enhancing the beach by making the sea sandy and not rocky.

The location is near to the beach & downtown.
You feel great when you find a good weather, because of the location of the hotel built on a high mountain of Hadaba hurghada with very fantastic view on the sea .
I requested to give the room before check in at 8:30 am.
They upgraded my category to give me full sea view room 237, when they knew, that we have honeymoon.
After checking out, I had a trip a I returned to the hotel at 6 pm, they gave me a room for a shower.
Really hotel very very nice.
These services are free of charge, otherwise in another hotels sure are chargeable.
