To be honest and fair, the 1st day when we arrived 4-June, receptionist Hady and the concierge were extremely helpful and understanding, did meet our demands and were polite, however the 2nd day 5-June the female receptionist that had conversation with us about our demand of changing our room due to it being very small wasn’t understanding or helpful, at one point when we told her that we weren’t happy with our room and incase the hotel can not give us another option then we would like to have a 1 night refund and she said ok no problem you may get your money back which gave us hard time and after a frustrating debate she did finally give us another room but at the end we didn’t stay for the 2 nights and had stayed for 1 night only because of her attitude

No services at all , no room telephone to contact the receptionist, I was electrocuted by the air conditioner on the balcony; it almost killed me. The cause was a short circuit or a faulty electrical component due to a lack of regular maintenance.
Wifi is not strong and disconnected all time .
There is no room service daily .

Cleaning, furniture comforting.
It’s not a hotel, it’s almost old normal building splitting to rooms.

الخدمات ليس هناك فطار ولا عشاء ولا حتى مشروبات إذا الم تحت الي اي شيء يجب عليك ان تحصل عليه بنفسك

الاثاث قديم محتاج لتغير وكذلك الحمام الخاص بالغرفة وعدم توافر كاتل للشاي
