Pros:

La ubicación excelente, limpio, el personal muy amable y servicial, muy buen trato.
El desayuno muy rico, tienen una terraza espectacular para comer donde ves la salida del sol mientras desayunas, y el trato de Raul excelente!
También se puede pasear por la zona, hay un parque muy cerquita, las ruinas de un castillo...

Cons:

Lo unico que destacaria, solo como critica constructiva y siempre para mejorar; es la puerta del baño, es una pena que no sea una puerta corredera, o que abra hacia afuera, ya que abre hacía adentro del baño y se queda a la mitad del cuarto de baño porque no puede abrir entera. El baño es completo, con bañera, no es grande pero suficiente si no fuera por la puerta que molesta un poco.
Y otra cosa que destacaria es la mampara de la bañera, queda un poco pequeña y hay que ir con cuidado al ducharse porque salpica el agua afuera.
Por lo demas todo bien, con sitio para dejarte las cosas, eso me gusta mucho, y con secador, jabon, cepillo dental... y calidad precio fenomenal.

No hay restaurante los domingos por descanso, tenedlo en cuenta.

Los domingos no hay restaurante por descanso nos dijeron.
En booking no aparece ese detalle importantisimo, gran fallo la verdad.

Tuvimos que bajar al pueblo para cenar porque el hotel está en un cerro y no hay servicios alrededor, muy mal eso, sobre todo cansado de un viaje.

El servicio y la atención fueron inigualables, Radu está siempre en la recepción o ayudando en em bar, es la personas más amable y pendiente del mundo, totalmente agradecido con él y su personal.

Pros:

Personal super freundlich - trotz sprachlicher Probleme. Top Zimmer inkl. Klima, super sauber. Restaurant absolut empfehlenswert - riesiges Frühstücksbuffet! Liegt etwas außerhalb und oberhalb des Ortes , was kein Problem ist!

Aufpassen im Freien - es gab viele Mücken!!

Perfect location to explore mountains as well as cities(Barcelona, Zaragoza) thanks to high speed train from nearby Lleida. Very nice view, parking available. Walking distance to citi centre.

Atentos y colaboradores empezando por la gentileza de la persona que nos recepcionó y al que lamento no haber preguntado su nombre, hasta el personal de restauración y limpieza. No pudieron ser más amables. Rápidos en la gestión y resolución de las dudas, en las explicaciones y recomendaciones, en el servicio, etc. Una labor y profesionalidad de EXCELENCIA. Gracias.

El entorno es también muy acogedor y tranquilo, con unas vistas impresionantes tanto de noche como de día. Está situado en un enclave privilegiado.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location up on a hill with fantastic views over Balaguer especially at night. Short drive into the town where there were many bars and places to eat.

Cons:

Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open for Dinner, but stay was great.
