Un très bon moment de notre voyage

Un accueil très chaleureux et sympathique.
Le style ancien nous a beaucoup plu.
La situation centre ville est excellente et la place très animée nous a bien plongée dans la vie espagnole

Llegué me dieron la llave y me instalé, hasta aquí todo bien.
Después de cenar me metí en la habitación y después de un día duro me quedé dormida en seguida.
De repente me despierta alguién aporreando la puerta como estaba sola pensé que sería la habitación de al lado.
Pero de pronto oigo que abren la puerta de par en par y veo la silueta de un señor que me grita diciéndome : ¿que haces aquí? Yo flipada y medio dormida, no entiendo nada, y sigue chillando : ¿tu quién eres? Y yo le digo : tengo una reserva y el energúmeno: ¿pero quién eres? Tu no tenías que estar aquí Y ya ahí despierta del todo le digo que cierre la puerta. Sigue lanzando improperios contra no sé quién cierra y se va.
En fin, una pena! Por suerte me volví a dormir

Selbst per Navigationsgerät scheer zu finden weil keine direkte Anfahrt mit dem PKW an das Hotel möglich ist Keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel. Wir mussten unser Fahrzeug nach längerer Parkplatzsuche ein paar Straßen weiter parken. Ein Frühstück konnten wir nicht buchen obwohl es angeboten wird.

En general todo me gustó bastante.
De decir algo sería que no es libre de humo.
Todo estaba muy limpio, el ruido de la zona es bastante alto, pero también forma parte del encanto de alguna manera.

Una joya familiar con mucho encanto
Pros:

El establecimiento está en pleno centro de Bergara, con lo cual estás cerca de todo. Dentro, dispone de un pequeño ascensor cápsula muy original y que nos vino muy bien. Pero sin duda, lo mejor fue el personal: amable, atento y cercano. 10/10

Cons:

El edificio tiene muchísimo encanto, pero en algunas cositas se nota que está un poco viejo: la fontanería sonaba muy fuerte, aunque afortunadamente el resto de los huéspedes solo hizo uso del baño a horas razonables. Como única pega, señalar que el edificio está en pleno centro de Bergara, en una zona peatonal y no se puede acercar con el coche o con un taxi ni siquiera cerca. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta para las personas con movilidad reducida.

Descripción de los servicios falsa, llamas para reservar el parking y te mandan a uno público lleno de basura, meados, sin ningún tipo de seguridad, gente haciendo botellon alii… y no te dan otra opción. Solo tienen 2 plazas privadas….en fin, eso y nada es lo mismo.
