Ik had een superior kamer geboekt met een zithoek en terras.

Pros:

La ubicación y las camas son muy cómodas

Cons:

Pedimos una cuna para el bebé de dos meses y la cuna estaba rota
Por otro lado, la ducha estaba rota y no nos ofrecieron ningún tipo de compensación.
Yo creo que para un hotel de 4 estrellas son cosas que no deberían pasar

Nos gustó mucho la tranquilidad y el entorno. La habitación (cabaña) era perfecta y mejor de lo esperado.

Pros:

La localización, paraje increíble. Habitaciones sencillas.

Cons:

Puertas con roturas, sillas en la terraza que parece que se desmontan. Sobre todo mosquitos como palomas de grandes y la avispas no me dejaron disfrutar de la piscina. No te dejan entrar antes de las 15’00.

A well maintained hotel representing excellent value for money
Pros:

The property was really clean with large spacious rooms.
The gardens were a delight to walk around and the hotel had a very peaceful feel about it.
Breakfast was very good value for money with lots of choice and tasty offerings.

Cons:

The hotel is located quite some way from town, up a long steep hill, and no taxis after 22:00 so you need to plan your evening well before hand.
The restaurant lacked atmosphere and just wasn’t to our taste, one visit was enough for us.

Definitely not a 4 star. What a let down
Pros:

The location is superb and the gardens are mostly really nice

Cons:

The beds are really uncomfortable. There were no mattress protectors. The sheets were cheap, thin and too small. The towels were thin and rough. And the bathroom floor didn’t have non-slip tiles

We decided to go for something to eat and drink. The drink selection was primarily wine. When we asked about vegan options they brought out a small laminated sheet; not even worthy of putting in the menu, or showing generally. Everything on the dessert list contained eggs, lactose and gluten

In the morning the chambermaid just bowled in. No knocking

Overall, very disappointing. Such a shame. Because the hotel has huge potential
