Please note that, the hotel reserves the right to change the buffet for an alternative meal service, consisting of: starter, main course and dessert, to be chosen by the guest, from a selection offered by the chef. The guest has the possibility to repeat, if wanted, in replacement of the buffet.

The hotel does not have children's entertainment service.

The hotel, by regulations of the Valencian Community, is not obliged to deliver the rooms before 4:00 p.m.

Please note that for the MP rate plan the first service is dinner and if you want to change to lunch it must always be with a minimum prior notice of 24 hours to the reception.

Dos funcionários do restaurante mais propriamente o charif , que foi o que esteve mais em contacto connosco , sempre prestável e simpático. Dos funcionários da recepçao. Da piscina com uma vista fantástica, do silêncio e os quartos muito confortáveis com uma cama enorme.

Cons:

De uma situação que se passou com a chefe de recepção, que nao teve as melhores maneiras para lidar com uma situação que aconteceu, muito alterada e nada compreensiva, de resto nada a apontar , correu tudo muito bem

Rommene er ikke isolert så man hører alle ute i gangen, og de hører deg også noe som vi ikke likte. I tillegg var beliggenehten relativt sentral, men midt opp i barene

Pros:

Nice rooms, pool area nice but small and staff polite .

Cons:

Normally on my birthday the hotel give me a complimentary bottle of champagne . Never got one at the Gold Arcos.
