L’hôtel est très propre, moderne et bien entretenu. Dès l’arrivée, l’ambiance est agréable et tout est bien organisé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et bien équipées, avec un style moderne et sobre. La literie est confortable et permet de bien se reposer, même si certains moments de la nuit ont été perturbés par le comportement bruyant de certains clients.
Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et disponible en cas de besoin. Les espaces communs sont également propres et bien entretenus, à l’exception de la table du salon qui n’a pas été nettoyée durant tout le séjour malgré la présence de poussière. L’emplacement est pratique et permet de profiter facilement des alentours.
Dans l’ensemble, c’est un hôtel que je recommande pour passer un séjour plutôt agréable et confortable.
Dans l’ensemble, le séjour était très bien, mais je m’attendais à un peu mieux au vu du prix.
Certains points m’ont déçu. Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas inclus dans le tarif, ce qui est dommage pour un séjour à 1650 euros les 7 nuits, et le parking est également payant en supplément. J’ai aussi remarqué que la table du salon n’a pas été nettoyée de tout le séjour et qu’il y avait de la poussière, ce qui donne une impression de manque de suivi sur certains détails. L’absence de salle de fitness est également assez surprenante pour un hôtel de cette gamme.
Par ailleurs, l’espace au rooftop et autour de la piscine est assez limité, ce qui fait que les clients sont vite les uns sur les autres et que le confort peut en pâtir. Enfin, certaines nuits, des clients ont fait beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs, notamment vers 2h30 du matin. Le problème a été réglé lorsque le personnel de l’hôtel est intervenu et a rappelé à l’ordre les personnes concernées.
Je suis assez déçu de la piscine sur le toit.

The hotel is spotlessly clean the staff are excellent brilliant location and the bonus is the rooftop pool
The rooms are spacious and kept clean, the hotel bar is lovely, the sky bar has a great view, the staff were friendly and helpful
Although the restaurant was very nice and clean and the staff friendly the food was always cold and the bacon a little under cooked. We only did b&b so can only comment on breakfast
