Pros:

Très bon accueil. De bons conseils pour visiter Gérone ou pour aller manger un bout. Emplacement sécurisé pour les vélos. Pas de parking mais par chance, place trouvée dans la rue de l'hôtel.

Pros:

The transportation. I got a taxi to the train station but I was over charged. The receptionist was nice. One of the housekeepers helped me to bring my things down stairs.

Cons:

The room was too tight and the window couldn't open. I did my booking online but when I arrived the receptionist wanted me to pay . The was locked all day day. I was charged for another dayI didn't stay there. And my passport was missing that night I slept there. I didn't like the wall between the bed and the bathroom. The bed was small. I was charged for the day I didn't stay there.

Pros:

La atención cordial de los encargados, pero no se hacen cargo de las sugerencias.

Cons:

La cama nunca se hizo, solo estiran el cobertor hacia arriba y jamás se cambió sábanas en 6 días. Olvidó permanente de dejar papel igienico y shampoo/javon

Cons:

La habitación para gente menuda, el baño pegado a la cama y sin puerta. Que no haya ascensor. La falta de productos de higiene. Solo había dos sobres de champú/gel por persona. La falta de armario....las escaleras son muy altas y de paredes estrechas. Las manchas en las sábanas, almohada y protector de colchón.
