Pros:

Location
Housekeeper is very friendly.
Clean room

Cons:

There is just one lift and it make the waiting time longer. Pillow too flat. Toilet door can see through. Door is disrupted as it block the connecting bath and toilet entrance.

Room is small especially in between the 2 twin bed distance and make in hard to walk.

excellent amenities and location
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to Dafo Temple and very convenient for travel by both Metro and DiDi. I loved that the hotel provides breakfast, late-night snacks, and has washing machines and a drink refrigerator available. The staff were also wonderful and always ready to help whenever needed.

Cons:

The only minor issue was communication. We had to use a translator app to talk with the staff, which took a little bit of extra time. However, the staff were still very patient and eager to help.

The convenient location and surprisingly good amenities in the room made the hotel for us.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. The amenities in the room were very good indeed, from lovely white towels, robes, slippers, a fridge, toiletries in the bathroom and toothbrushes etc.

Cons:

We overlooked old traditional flats, quite an eyesore it very authentic so it was fine for us.
The air con didn’t work.
We didn’t eat the breakfast that was included as it didn’t look like it was up to our standards.
A bit of confusion with the hotel and its address as there are many city note hotels in Guangzhou.

Emplacement idéal
Pros:

L'hôte est super bien placé, à 2 pas de de Beijing road. Il faut entrer par un ascenseur dans la rue. Cet ascenseur dessert également un autre hôtel. Malgré cela je n'ai jamais attendu l'ascenseur très longtemps. L'équipe de réception était très professionnelle et sympathique. Les lits étaient très confortable. Un petit robot peut vous livrer des repas devant votre chambre :) le petit déjeuner était simple mais suffisant (œuf, céréales, fruits, pâtisserie, nouilles, riz)

Will definitely choose the same hotel again
Pros:

The breakfast spread was sumptuous and the complimentary afternoon tea and supper were great treats. The location was perfect and close to all the must try restaurants! Everything is within walking distance.

The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The toilet has a bit of smell. It was Bearable

Gute Lage, etwas überzahlt.
Pros:

Gute Lage in der Fußgängerzone, gleich neben dem großen Tempel, viele Geschäfte und Shops in der Nähe und auch zur U-Bahn nicht weit!
Die junge Dame die Nachtdienst hatte war entzückend und sehr hilfsbereit!sie half uns auch Zimmer zu tauschen und organisierte das rasch.

Cons:

Ein klassisches Beispiel von „Homepage und in natura sind zwei verschiedene Dinge…“. Das Gym ist klitzeklein, es gibt einen Lift, auf den man lange wartet. Das Frühstück in der Lobby ist ok, erinnert aber an ein besseres Youth Hostel. Warum Toiletten durchsichtige Türen haben werde ich wohl nie verstehen und das Bad hatte eigentlich keine Türe. Das erste Zimmer hatte offenbar einen Wasserschaden und das roch man, es war auch sehr klein. Das Zimmer 702 war schön und groß, Kästen sind offenbar nicht mehr in Mode….vielleicht war der Preis auch wegen der Canton Fair höher als sonst.

Smart room with odd hotel design was a little too much

Breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

Confusing hotel layout re: reception on 6F, and only 6F and GF reachable without a key card (key cards only take you to the floor of your room - not sure how people can access the laundry room and workout room without being on that floor). Transparent glass door for the shower and bathroom. Refrigerator wasn't very cold. Smart room without any explanation as to what would happen (curtains close when power is on, open when off, contactless toilet flushing without knowing how / why).

A memorable stay in Guangzhou, China
