Pros:

A beautiful little hotel with a real soul. Everything is exceptionally clean, tidy, and well maintained. The food is excellent, and the staff are hardworking, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Sitio super tranquilo, el personal espectacular, muy amables, las habitaciones muy acogedoras y las vistas desde el balcón de la habitación inmejorables

El camino hasta el hotel, pese a estar asfaltado es muy estrecho y empinado, pero es el precio que hay que pagar por las vistas de arriba

Achtung Anfahrt ist steil und eng. Unten in der Stadt (Nachtessen) waren Parkplätze Mangelware.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel in Alleinlage
Pros:

Die Lage in den Bergen war phantastisch, es war so schön ruhig. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, auch das Bad. Das Frühstück wurde ganz frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker. Es gab zwar keine Klimaanlage aber dafür ein Deckenventilator.

Hotel rural con encanto y muy buen desayuno
Pros:

Un alojamiento rural con encanto, aparcamiento a la puerta que yo eso lo valoro mucho, con auto entrada muy bien explicado. Además cuando llegas tienes algo de comer (detallazo por parte de la dirección) y si quieres también para beber apuntándolo a la habitación. No hubo ruido para dormir. Y lo mejor ya fue el desayuno. Tortilla al gusto, zumo natural de naranja y frutas, y bollería propia del obrador que hay abajo. Volveremos sin dudar si vamos a esa zona. La atención por parte de la chica que había fue muy buena.

Pros:

La estancia ha sido una maravilla,las vistas impresionantes. El personal muy amable y te preguntaba si te hacia falta algo. La limpieza y la casa en general todo muy bien. Si alguna vez volvemos por el norte vamos a repetir seguro. El desayuno y los postres que hacen alli muy ricos,nos vamos muy encantados.

Cons:

Es verdad que el camino hasta el hotel es un poco complicado pero tambien se disfruta mucho de los paisajes hasta arriba. Por lo demas no tenemos ninguna cosa mala que decir.

Not good. Not recommended.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine: it was also the only time we saw a member of staff. The location - ie the area where the 'hotel' (see below) is situated is attractive: but the immediate surroundings of the hotel are not (see below)

Cons:

This is NOT a hotel. It is a collection of AirBnBs. You arrive - there is a locked gate, to which the host has sent you the code (by text): that's not a problem. You drive past a row of overflowing rubbish bins which look as though they haven't been cleaned out for weeks. You then see a little troop of horses with bells, roaming free - which is nice. Next you find that the 'lawn' in front of the building is made of artificial plastic grass. In an area where it rains all the time and natural grass is always green! Mindboggling. At the entrance, a row of key boxes for the different rooms - just like an AirBnB. No staff. According to the 'hotel', no one is there after 2pm. No restaurant, so where do you eat? The village, Mallabia, is frankly a bit of a dump - even the local bar was closed. The nearest town is Eibar, 20 minutes away. Two of the recommended restaurants were closed. The third, some miles out of town, was open - and not good: quite an achievement in this part of Spain, where it's really hard to find a bad meal. I don't want to be unfair - and I normally dont write reviews, unless it's exceptionally good or exceptionally bad - but this was a real disappointment. Fine, no doubt, if you're a travelling salesman looking for somewhere inexpensive to spend a night and then leave to start work again. But not for tourists. Even the beds - two narrow rather creaky single beds - are not ideal for a couple on holiday who might just possibly want a double bed (the 'hotel' doesn't do double beds). The owners need to up their game: other farmhouse-hotels in the same area are real hotels and vastly better (Antsotegi, for instance). I'm sorry I can't say anythng more positive.

Agradable.
Pros:

El personal era muy amable. La chica te preguntaba, recomendaba cosas. Muy agradable. Si buscas tranquilidad es tu lugar.

Cons:

Había alguna que otra telaraña y araña en la habitación. La cisterna estaba algo estropeada y hacía ruido constantemente. El desayuno estaba muy rico pero por el precio a pagar por separado quizás un poco caro.
